Do yourself a favor and commit to joining me at Fort Indiantown Gap's Memorial Lake for an active and fun morning. We'll be reinforcing good habits, and recommitting to a healthy life style. We'll also venture into our "inner sanctuary" as we find more peace and deepen our connections with self, nature, and others. As you are aware, most of us spend too many hours on end sitting, scrolling, or working at sedentary jobs. This is damaging to our health in many ways as we tend to exhibit poor, static positions, including in front of the computer, TV, or phone. This causes our bodies to get tight and lack both an optimal range of motion and adequate activation of specific muscle groups. We can and should do better!

During this interactive experience, you will have options to run, walk, participate in stretching and outdoor yoga, and even get out on the lake by renting a boat, a paddle board (or bringing your own). We will share a delicious picnic lunch together before we depart, with a renewed emphasis on personal wellness!

As a health and wellness coach, yoga instructor, retreat facilitator and experienced educational leader, I am committed to providing solid information and exceptional experiences for people who want to expand their horizons and enhance their overall wellbeing.
